REFUND POLICY

Within 14 calendar days of the Program Start Date, you may request a refund of the amount you paid for the Program. The Program Start Date is defined as the first day the Company provided you access to the Program. To request a refund, please contact Doctored Locks, Inc. Requests for refunds will not be honored 15 calendar days after the Program Start Date and any outstanding balance owed to the Company for the Program must be paid in full.
